hello,
are there any pubs open on sunday in london? Cause a friend and I we fly the next morning back to germany and we want to stay somewhere for the night and drink somewhere. the best would be near Liverpool Street but it is not a must have. I looked on the internet but all the pubs i found close very early on sunday.

I just hope your flight is on time. I would be much to nervous. Anyway it will take you a while to get into London first and also to get out as Stanstead is quite out of London. So Travelling will be your nightclubbing. Make sure you don't miss the connection out of London to Stanstead very early on Monday morning.Quote

We won`t stay at any hotel. We fly on sunday 11 am to london stanstead and we fly back on monday 7 am. so we have to get through the night at a pub or something like that
Staying at the St Giles again, as always, Vikings bring the party!"Quote

St. Giles hotel bar is fan friendly and venue of some legendary after shows
Bedford Ave. off Tottenham court road. We will be starting and finishing there as we are guests . I think quite a few others will be staying or calling in.

I am flying over to London now and I will find a decent pub where we can meet up both during the week and on Sunday. Info coming by tomorrow at the latest. It will be central London. I do know exactly how it should look like, but suggestions from locals would be great. I stayed in the Oxford Circus last week, some were ok, I think my favorite The Hog in the Pound near Bond Street is gone now, but we will find one with lots of space, great beer on tap and also the best food especially fish'n'ships.

12bar club, Denmark street, in front of Regent's sounds studio where the stones recorded in the 60s.

Bjornulf - try the Jack Horner on Tottenham Court Road, 2 mins walk from St Giles Hotel. We signposted this pub for Licks tour in 2002 and has been a big fan favourite since then. Decent transport links and very central location. [jackhornerpub.co.uk]

Can't recommend the St Giles hotel and the Jack Horner pub enough! The vibe when there's a Stones gig on in London in those places is electric. Cannot, cannot wait.
