It's a shame he didn't go out with them the last time around.

It's actually the other way around. Depending on his mood or how much he had to drink (Jones was from Manchester), he always seemed to have a suspicion about Nesmith and his motives. He even said that Peter "should have kicked his (Mike's) ass. I don't know why he didn't. He could have."

Seems they may play solo material, methinx this a good idea to get more exposure out there

Here's a coupla great tunes ...

These are nice, he also wrote some of his best material with the Monkees, a really good one is "You Just May be the One" with nice smooth harmonies in which you can really pick up Dolenz voice blending so nicely with Nesmiths.

Reminds me a great deal of some of the young guys I currently work with.

saw them in '86 and '87 (when they dressed as cavemen and in drag, which was odd)
