I was making a funny yes, but there is in fact, according to another thread, a band out of Seattle that calls themselves The Rolling Stones.

I have no idea how they get away with that, unless I've been the sad victim of an April Fool's joke.

Until now there seems to be none

good to hear MT was there as well. signs point to his engagement in the autumn.

Since there was no gig on Thursday as some were expecting, perhaps this version of Melody from Shepards Bush Empire (June 8, 1999) will do for now.





And this version of Jumping Jack Flash from the same gig isn't too shabby either. Watch Keith at 0:46--he actually does a windmill, which is ironic considering he's in Pete Townshend's old stomping grounds (the Who would play gigs there also that December).

Just for clarity, i was referring to Hucknall, but I s'pose the description fits MT as well. He's got his tour hair, he looks great!

This just in:

Andrew Loog Oldham has advised the Stones not to include Mick Taylor as he doesn't fit in with the look of the band. Taylor will however continue on with the band driving the van and playing from behind the amplifiers.
