A small part of what's happening around here now is that people are posting topics in the same way people post Facebook statuses...vague sometimes rhetorical statements or questions that don't really promote any kind of meaningful conversation...it's just the act of posting a new thread and sharing. I think it's fine on Facebook but it has not place here on this board...the Stu/Brian hologram thread from last week comes to mind.
Between vague threads like this and really tiresome attention-seeking ones from a certain individual who has had more lives here than a cat, "puzzled" is becoming my normal state of mind when visiting this site.

How do you even think up a question like: "What do you expect from the new book Rolling Stones 50." ?
What you expect from asking a random open-ended question like this?
Do you have thoughts on the matter? were you thinking about this and had some ideas? If you did, why don't you find an existing thread on the topic and add to that?
