If a band lacks a manager it's always good to one or two in the band to take care of that sort of thing. I guess that's mainly what's being a bandleader means to me. Somebody who take care of promoting the band, fix gigs, hiring new members, taking care of buisness and so on and maybe also be a musical director of the band.Quote
