Personally, I tend to think that it's Phil Rudd, as he was the one who wasn't present at any of the premiers for their movie......

Some action is planned in 2013 as the article says. Alhough Brian Johnson talked about it a bit the Black Ice LP and tour was not the last we've heard from AC/DC. It is very very likely that what they do next will be though.
