That is a picture of the Stones rehearsing for Hyde Park, the memorial concert for Jones. Very fake.

If I remember right I believe Taylor has said that he never met Brian.

The Brian pic comes from a David Bailey photo session from 1968. Same session from which the cover of the Jumpin' Jack Flash single was taken from.

Do we know when they started rehearsing at Apple for Hyde Park?

Very bad Photoshop job that is! Maybe not even Photoshop. Possibly Microsoft Paint.

whenever you airbrush Bill out of a photo, Brain shows up. It's weird, man.

Zentgraf lists July 3 as Top of the Pops, and July 4/5 as Apple rehearsals. It could be correct, as I remember Taylor stating something like they only rehearsed for a day or so, and it was really shambolic and chaotic.

Putting Brian and Mick T in a photo together is sort of like the (real ) pic of Keith Moon and Kenney Jones at a party the night before Keith died.

More similar to this are outtakes of the photo used on the back cover of Everything Playing, the Lovin' Spoonful album that featured Jerry Yester who replaced Zal Yanofsky. In the alternate photos, Zally can be seen sneaking into the shots and clowning around in the background!

Interesting to think of a similar scenario with Brian...perhaps even showing up at sessions over the years.

Imagine a dulcimer floating around on an Exile track....
