It was a sad day for my wife, myself, and all the family my father-in-law passed away on May 20th, and was buried on Wed., May 23rd... R.I.P. Been a long and depressing week for us.

My condolences. I lost my Dad, an uncle, and a cousin within the past year. Never an easy thing.

My condolences, I lost my wife 6 months ago so i know the hurt, all i can say is look what you have around you and make the most of what you have. The hurt will slowly fade but your memory will not, six months on and I still have bad days but a lot of good days. It help to keep talking about him all the time.

My Father in law went quickly seven years ago. A lovely man who is still missed. It seems wrong to lose such a kind man when there's all these people out there who disrespect the life they have been given. There's not many words to help you, except sorry for your loss

Sorry to hear that, you've got my prayers for healing and grief recovery.
One potentially positive thing about such an event is that is gets the whole family together in one place for the funeral. I have seen great things happen with such opportunities which are sadly not often experienced except after a death. Sounds like you will be good support for them all brother. peace

We all share your sorrow.
We all know such a feeling.
Nobody knows what happens after life.
I am not talking about religion but sometimes I think that we will all meet again, in a nice place with our loved and missed ones (why not ? everything is possible).
That could be a great great surprise !!
