Got a new book today...from 1970 and it's called "The Blue Book"

Each day we learn somethin' new and I'd thought I've heard everything about most of the main Stones Books until now, and I was indeed wrong...
This afternoon I went on my sell and buy store in my hometown to check for some vinyls and I come back home with a book I have never seen before..."The Blue Book"
It's a cheap book , 52 pages, like its name , everything has been printed in a blueish ink and to my surprise, it's a very good book from the early 70's , I think it has been printed in 1970.
No big deal for the pictures they are all well known , but the early shot on page 1 is in the best quality I've ever seen.
The book has been printed too in four languages, english, french, italian and german.

Interesting!
Some of the best books came out in early/mid 70's but I never got that one.
As you say those photos seem to be of good quality.Better than some prints in other books I have.Perhaps they didn't have the originals and this was their source?

I'd forgotten all about this. It was nifty. Jo Bergman, as always did a great job.

I had a bad habit of giving my Stones memorabilia away to "good guys" or for Charity auctions. In another life I'll know better.

Oh, this is very cool! Gee, I haven't thought of or heard the name 'Jo Bergman' in many, many years. She was always fair and good for the Stones.

Thanks for the reminder. Same for Les Perrin.

Or maybe you will get a great seat at the "next life table" cuz you were so generous in this one - that's how I like to imagine it anyway, stonesrule smiling smiley
