What's this tone Keith and Ronnie have got going here?

They both seem to sound identical, really making the weaving thing work.

Is it a Leslie?

Am I right in assuming that Keith uses the same or similiar pedal in 'Fool To Cry', and possibly Live in Texas 'Beast of Burden'?

Beast Of Burden, yes, but I believe he uses wah-wah only on Fool To Cry.

New Dunlop's MXR Phase 100 is pretty much useless. You need to get vintage one. Those can be found on ebay.
