It was on the American version of Antiques Roadshow, there's a clip on YouTube it's original. There are other such examples of items from other concerts and tours with the year on them.

Yeah, those were wicked! Wonderful pics that gave a new glimpse of that festival. I was especially moved by the amazing pic of Gram Parsons.

I was the one that set these pictures free. The photographer's name is Al Yard except one of the photos, because he's the guy in the foreground smiling. I knew his son years ago and he gave me the photos. I met Al once at a party at his son's house. I brought over Gimme Shelter to watch. He said he would give me his backstage button but I didn't really think he would come through. I used to make a little Stones fanzine and just so he wouldn't forget me I put him on my mailing list and a year later a little box came in the mail and he gave me the back stage pass. You can see it in some of the photos there as well. The only story I remember him telling me was about watching the first show and hanging with the Stones in between shows. He said they smoked a joint and he was so buzzed he could barely remember the 2nd show. I really wish I woulda asked him how he got so hooked up. Here is the letter I got from him with the backstage button and also a cover of a Stones fanzine I put out. This is one of my last issues from 1997.
