I have 4 brothers that couldn't wait to ask me if I knew anything about the Exile and Some Girls releases which actually do have a marketing campaign behind them.
I'm waiting for the first of any of them to find and notice a Stones Archive release. They know nothing of them...
Were your brothers aware of Hampton or Brussels when they first were making the collectors rounds decades ago?

... We'll have to wait till April 3.

Hampton was not edited. It's hard to tell with Brussels, since I didn't have that show when it was released.

Hampton....all songs are there, but there are lots of cuts between tracks, so you can't make it match with the DVD, for instance.

Is there any confirmation on the April 3 release date other than the original post?
Yes. I got a Facebook post this morning from the Stones site.

So it looks like we (US/Europe) are getting the next release at the same time :-)

Why do you think so?

Because it says both will be available on April 3?

Voodoo Lounge Tour (Miaimi 94) concert is already out on DVD - then wouldn't be anything new..... hopefully the 77 El MocamboQuote

The general feeling seems to be LA, is this leaked or just wishful thinking on some people's parts?
This cover artwork has been posted on a Japanese website last week:
I think it's a fake. But maybe i'm wrong. But it's on the lettering : there is something wrong.
I bet on a Steel Wheels/Urban Jungle Tour (Atlantic City, Wembley) or a Voodoo Lounge Tour (Miaimi 94) concert. We've got 73, 81 so, the next one will be newer than Hampton. And if it's an older than Hampton, i think of Paris 76. Or El mocambo.

I thought LA FRIDAY, in all of its variants, was an audience recording.
That's right!
But they also recorded those shows and many others from 75. We'll see what happens . .
Well, I was hoping for a '75 show as that was the first time I saw them. Still, this would be the first in the admittedly young Archive Series where they didn't remix and remaster a well known multi-track. As good as the audience recording of this show is, there's nothing for a Bob Clearmountain to do but mess with equalization settings. IF they replicate this long beloved two-channel bootleg from multi-tracks I would be mightily impressed.
