Just wondering does anyone know what was recorded first, MT's part or MJ's vocals? I love that track, great to hear MT and MJ together again..but I'm wondering if MT was recording to the track with vocals already there or the other way round? Not a massively important question but just want to see if anyone has any insight?

Good question actually. I'm going to guess Taylor's guitar was done after the vocals.

I have read in an interview with MT (don´t no where) that he played his part to a version with "rough vocals", so I think, the final vocals were put on tape after the lead-licks ....

Mick T's lead guitar sounds a bit edited-in to me. They're mostly fills between vocal lines and not terribly well intertwined with the rest of the song.
I'm guessing Mick T let it flow over the song with rough vocals and then Jagger + engineer edited those leads, cutting some of it out, perhaps moving some licks. Mick T is known to do stuff in very few takes (like the Winter solo, which supposedly was the first take), but this could have been edited from a couple of takes as well.
