Yeah I've been to your site. Great site!! You have one of the best sites that I have seen. I borrowed a few of your papers for my site. I took some of the better quality ones. I just posted another 1972 artcile on my site but for some reason it wouldn't post here. You might not have it.

I think after you get done adding the new 1972 articles you have you should do a 1969 site. Excellent job! Got a couple more 1972 articles you might not have. Nothing amazing but you might not have.

Why thank you kindly. I have seen some 1972 articles on your site I did not collect prior, for example the Gettysburgian review of Philly. That and others you acquired are great adds to the tour press record. Congrats.

The Detroit "Crash the Gate" and "Rock and Roll" articles (and the tickets announcement) are from an underground paper. I will have to go back to the microfilm to verify date and paper name. The other stories are from Detroit Free Press and Detroit News dailies. Because they were 1969 and not 1972 I did not record the dates!

Thanks alot. I hope you can use some of the articles for your great site. I'm still digging around deep for more articles hopefully we'll get more good ones pulled out for Stones fans to read. Alot of newspaper sites wanna charge for artciles. I'm a little hesitant to pay. I wanna know the articles are in good shape. I'm sure you've seen alot of microfilm you can barely read. I signed up yesterday with a local Orange County Calif paper. I wanna see how that pans out.

There would have been more articles on the 1972 tour had they not toured in the summer of '72 when school was out though a couple of college paper still reviewed the shows a bit late like the Philly one.
