this is a philosophic question but: colder it is & more reliable & serious you have to be; if you lose some time in blablabla...: you die...
this is why there's no cold country in the Thirld World

Are you freezing? - 25 C here in the north of Sweden today. Yesterday it was - 30 C and - 43 C not so far away from here (coldest in Sweden this winter). Up til now it has been a very mild winter though. How is it where you live?

-300°C: Hell freezes over. Finland wins the football World Cup
