Hendrix's last concert was on 16th September 1970 at Ronnie Scott's Club - featuring Eric Burdon with War.

I think what they're saying is that Hendrix getting up on stage with another band isn't considered a "Jimi Hendrix Concert". In much the same way that Keith getting up on stage with Johnny Depp and his band isn't a "Keith Richards Concert".
