Well the regular season is here, my team the Buffalo Sabres are in Helsinki, Finland tomorrow to take on the Anaheim Ducks. Then its off to Germany for a game with the Los Angeles Kings. The Sharks were left in California.
Any Europeans plan on attending any of the games?

Although the LA Kings have been around the longest, there should not be teams in California. Hopefully they'll move to Canada. And the Ducks? Really? Are they even part of the NHL?

They did win a Stanley Cup. I think that counts.

Kind of like Canadians playing baseball. They have no business having a baseball team. Or basketball for that matter.Quote

I'm sorry, but any American city where ice doesn't naturally occur has no business having a hockey team.
It just feels... sleazy, like Santa Claus sippin' sizzurp in his ride... like a G6.

Sicilian, I will stay out of this NHL thread. I don't think a critics section is very well appreciated here. And I don't want to spoil the fun for andrewm, SCL and others.

I see San Jose looks pretty comfortable in the basement. Anaheim waxed them twice already. Looks like there is a new sheriff in town.
