I have to say that although I never buy theories about setups or conspiracies of any kind, this man looks like a
1. reporter trying to go undercover
2. cop
3. salesman for a pre laser hair clinic
Is that a wig? If so he could be a private investigator or something. Did he just disappear after the Redlands bust?
