Well if was a public lawsuit, then that should be relatively easy to find, as it would be in the public record.
LOL! Why should they lose? There is NO resemblence whatsoever. You can´t sue someone because of the title only.

I just love the guitar "weaving" on this song, even though the boys stold it from Willie Nile.
Anyways, I've always tried to isolate if Keith overdubs a 2nd guitar to make 3 guitars on the track overall or if he & Ron are being aggressive and pull the song off with just two...
Anyone know for sure?

During the solo one of the main guitar tracks is pulled out and appears again towards the end of the song. Gonna have to have a listen to figure out how many guitars are on it. Love Is Strong is similar.

Awesome song with horrible lyrics
But not nearly as bad as Where The Boys Go. I want to reach for an axe every time I hear those stupid female backup singers

If Stones recorded the first two versions of the song already in January 79 and Nile released his album with She so cold in February 80, how come Stones STOLE the song? Had they heard Nile's song before?Quote
