US is number 12, at 33 percent. Not surprising, we rank on the bottom for vacation time, hardly anyone takes time off even if their work provides it. A nation of workaholics afraid of losing their jobs.

Keep in mind that these indices are calculated based on subjective parameters that IMHO result in huge bias. Severe flaws, but makes for good press.

Wait, I sound unhappy...maybe it is true!
