I know he played with Mick, but had never heard any of his solo music. Listened to "Back From The Living" today and can't get the song "Tell Your Story Walkin'" out of my head!

He also played in a band with Bernard Fowler called "Nicklebag" and I saw Stevie and Bernard with their band IMF playin in a small club in Cologne (Germany). A great show, raw energy!

I saw Stevie Salas in concert more than 10 years ago. This concert happened in a small concert venue for about 700 people, but there were only less than 70 people. Before the concert, I had a drink on the bar and a guy, who was sitting next to me, asked me, why I'm here tonight. And I replied, because the tix is cheaper as 20 Euro and I like to going to live concerts. As the concert happened, I saw to whom, I said this; to Stevie Salas himself (did not know before, how does he look like).

I remember, that TM Stevens was his bass player in that concert.
