There should be a thread called "stuff". Any time someone starts a new thread that has stuff in it, it can be just moved there.

And yet this thread survives. Which makes the point of merging the other redundant in any event. This site has become policed simply because it can be it seems. Threads are merged many times that are barely similar. I get removing religious threads, political threads and avoiding abuse but the rest is gratuitous policing that confuses me. Even the "I'm browned off with Jagger" thread was changed by the moderator. Someone voicing an inoffensive opinion (one I didn't agree with but still) has to be changed because of what I don't know.

I'd love it if we could merge this with the High Ticket Prices and other Whiny Complaints thread.

I think it's a good contender.
