OT-Dylan absolutely new Rolling Thunder show on Wolfgang's Vault

Hello!
Just received a note from Wolfgang's Vault; a new Rolling Thunder show has been added:

To my knowledge, this show is not in circulation; at least my 1999 edition of "Tangled up in Tapes" does not list this and that guy "monicas dude", who is a big fan does not has it on his blog!
So it seems, that this is absolutely new - IF it is the show from November 2nd 1975;
unfortunatly Wolfgang's Vault has been incorrect before!
