Great news, I hope the list of the dates will grow. Berlin is close enough for me to go there to see The Stones, but The Faces will have to come at leas a liiitle bit closer :-)

I don't understand...it's still going to be a night of ROCKING music...what's the big deal if Rod's gone? He is nowhere NEAR the sound they're putting down. He's been singing standards for the last ten years. Ronnie is going to be there...at least go to see Ronnie.

Still no word on a US tour? Darn.

Even if Ronnie weren't playing with them, I'd still love to see them just for Mac and Kenney Jones.

I for one couldn't care less about Rod. He's the reason I avoided listening to the Faces for so long . (I finally got into the Faces after listening to the Small Faces a lot, and seeing Mac live with his solo band)

Don't get me wrong, I like Rod's singing with the Faces, it suits the music perfectly (even better than the albums he sang on while in Jeff Beck's band IMO). But Rod's pipes are too shot now for singing this raucous, and he's made his decision not to tour with them.

mac says he's trying to get the gang out to austin for a gig this year, but he hasn't said there would be any other us shows...

um dann für zwei weitere Festivalauftritte nach Holland (Bospop Festival) und
