there are tons of options but you're not giving much information about your problems^^
what message do you get trying to connect?
are checking in from China or somewhere like that?
reset your router yet?
checked your firewall settings?
what's your ISP?
tried a proxy server?

Everything's fine with Nico's site, all system work. No one is blocked from visiting the site on purpose. If there is a problem, it must be from the users' side of the connection....
