Sitting here drinking Beer I decided to get the DVD from the 40 licks tour out of the closet first time I have watched it in year. It sure is making me remember some fun times and sure hope I get to see the Stones play live in 2011 time to tour again guys.

I don't find it hard to believe they will tour in late 2011, since that's pretty much what's been hinted at/talked about for the last two years now, but I'm sure the details are still being worked on and will be for quite some time, which makes it NOT a done deal by any means.

The smoke should begin to clear once they have had their so called summit meeting which most likely won't take place until after the Holidays. Even then we may have a long wait ahead of us until we hear something official about a new album or new tour. Of course none of us really know for sure what's going on behind the scenes so nothing is a "done deal" until all the parties involved have put their pen to it, and even then it won't be a "done deal" until the band shows up on the stage at the first concert. Life is full of sudden and dramatic shifts and especially so for senior citizens.

Yes, indeed! Having the patience to wait out all this "tour foreplay" is enough to drive a poor Stones fanatic insane! They have us right where they want us, in the palm of their hands! By the time the next tour rolls around even those that have been constantly whining and bitching about the high price of tickets will be so hungry to see them they will be offering up body parts to get them! Got to give it to those Glimmer Twins, they sure know how to keep their fans in a constant state of anticipation.

There will be a tour for sure, but is Keith and Ronnie there?
