If you listen to the clip, he's "Michael" to his dad, no matter what subtitles and YouTube titles have been added later.

that cg title was added much later - when this thing aired on TV (color tv titles were not even technically possible in 1959)

The person talking is not Mick's dad. His dad appears a bit later in this clip. I've got the longer version - I'll share it if YouTube lets me upload it.
