L & G "Special thanks to:" ... (DVD)
Date: October 23, 2010 16:09

... in the closing titles of the 'L & G' DVD, the "Special Thanks to: " section near the end starts with explicit mentioning of Keith Richards; immediately followed by: "and/ Atlantic Records"...
Also, people like Yoko Ono, Cat Stevens, and the Who are in that list.

...Why is Keef the only Stone that is mentioned there?
...'wtf' is Yoko Ono doing there?
...Why Cat Stevens, why the Who?
...is this a 'Special thanks to' list of 2010 (regarding the release on DVD), or was it implied for the original early-70's theatre release?
...is the mentioning to Atlantic Records related to KR in some sort of way- I mean, should I read it: "Keith Richards and Atlantic Records", or is the 'and' just a bridge between Keef and the rest of the list?

And can anyone explain to me what a "mystery piano" is? Ian Steward seems to play it on L&G according to the credits.

Maybe his playing can be heard even though he's not visible in the film.
This is a pure guess and I'm not sure that Stu played on the '72 tour!
Hopefully someone else can be of more help.

I think it relates to the intro music.

Shouldn't Yoko Ono be included in everything . Funny . I saw her concert a few weeks ago in L.A. and it was very entertaining . She screeches alot but I felt so honored to be in her prescence . And Sean is actually a really good musician ( guitar , piano and especially bass)

Maybe they where in the audience or backstage and want to thank them for that grinning smiley

Ian plays in the bonus part.

Yoko recommended Fries and Gebhardt to film the shows. They had recently shot Lennon's One-to-One concert in NYC.

...still buggin' me in particular: the explicit "Keith"-credit...
Anybody sharing a view on that?!

I think it was Keith who supervised the audio mix.
