I figured it for an update to include information about his upcoming solo tour... Maybe that midweek October update is actually going to be a midweek in late July.

I believe they were running it from the proceeds of "The Very Best of Mick Jagger" CD compliation.

To ensure continuity, perhaps Mick should have 'seeded' the website with a monetary endowment.

It's either that, or they are just updating it to included the new 'Extended - Very Best of Mick Jagger", that contains the rest of Primitive Cool.

If it was a major update of the site or some special news, there wouldn't be an error message but rather a temporary page stating "Is under reconstruction" or something similar.
