Was watching CS Blues the other night. I just wonder if anyone knows something about that song Jagger plays on the piano at the beginning of the film when he is in Michael Butler's house in LA. the lyrics of which are " it's funny, how life has changed" Very lovely tune which is repeated at several points in the film. Title of song if there is one ? Was it ever recorded ? Is there a full version on a boot ?

Good question. My understanding is that the song is an original, never on a boot (other than a direct sample from the movie soundtrack). Maybe I'm wrong and it is a cover, or available somewhere in full length? ...I love how Robert Frank uses the song in his film. The fact he uses it at the start, and then reprises it at the end, shows that Robert Frank considers it to have crucial relevance to the themes of the film.

The key themes in the film are time, and memory.

It's Funny. Is that the same one about 'I hold you like China'? It's been a while since I've seen the movie so I can't remember.
