Has the Strictly Come Dancing TV format got outside the UK yet? It's addictive viewing for quite a few people (not me!)

I know I will be expelled from IORR for admitting it, but I like SCD and I enjoyed this.

Yes, of course it has. Two of the judges commute to the US each week to take part in the American version.

I predict Ronnie will be in it next year. He's becoming more showbiz friendly by the week.

SCD has been a winning format for the BBc, over the last 4-5 years.

Sadly, the show has become a little formulaic.

The 'judges' are beginning to believe in their own publicity, and consider themselves more important than the dancers or the viewing/voting public.

The show has lost alot of credibility in the last 2-3 weeks, with the
whole John Seargent business... and i can't believe i'm discussing this stuff, here. lol.

The show has jumped the shark and it's decline has started.
The BBC are doing what they always do, and killing their golden goose.

...and Gazza, if Ronnie's alive next year, it'll be a result, let alone seeing him attempting a Cha-Cha-Cha, on prime time UK tv.
