Absolutely. The man enjoys his life; his family, his beloved rock n' roll band, etc. So if in the interest of squeezing a couple more years outa this thang called "life" in order to maximise that enjoyment, he quits the demon drink, well all power to him I say.

I think that booze and the medications he's on from the head injury is not a good mix, smart move.

I agree - it is not a good mix, the medication does not do its work properly when mixed with grog. Good on ya Keith, and good luck with it.

I'm stopping all/any alcohol intake after Mardi Gras.

I don't really know what Keith does. It's none of my business. Right? Does it matter? He's not @#$%& up like Ronnie is.

Love his looks in that photo! The sparkle in his eyes, a mixture of rascal and shy. Irresistable. And the very nice grey hair.
There was another photo recently - Keith and Patti - both looking so young and fresh. Shockingly young. I've tried to search for it here, with no luck.

He actually cut down a lot on his alcohol consumption after his brain surgery, but people do love his image as a drunk and a junkie so much, they just can't let it go.
But he's still smoking...
