And I thought Mick was the only one with guts enough to wear that headpiece!

You made me smile ,sweetie .
I remember the 1st time I've seen Mick with it ....he looked ridiculous !

Hillarious photo - both Jagger and the security guard has the same position.....thx Rockman, never seen it before - then again I don't have the Ethan Russel book
I think that "security guard" is Bill Graham...

correct - he was being an arsehole before the band took stage and kept people away from the stage. Look for Oakland pics later in the set and they are righ up at the front !

the stones & graham weren't the best of friendsin the end..

The photo was taken by Helen Salter on Cheyne Walk ,1970.
I don't think the baby is Nicholas .
I am may be mistaken ,but I think the baby is Helen's one .Definitely not Mick's one .
Who can invalidate or confirm it ? Thanks .

When the Voodoo Lounge Tour reached the UK in July 1995, this is how the Evening Standard saw Mick and Keith (who were then in their early 50s!):

The real "Chelsea Pensioners" are the residents of the Royal Hospital, Chelsea, a home for old soldiers - they appear at many state and military occasions in their famous red uniforms:

That's most likely by Chris Walter circa spring/summer 1969, Rolling Stones HQ, 46A Maddox Street, London.
