I've stood up with everything the Stones came up with during the years and

But this is enough for me. No Ronnie on stage no matter what!

Yeah. Let's boycot Stones if Ronnies on tour. No more violent people here. What a disgrace.

No smoke without a fire,
We who judges are the one's that might see a point in the reports
in the tabloids. It started out some weeks ago when the police were
called out to the Wood residence to investigate a domestic argue that
went out of control. Now this!

I say that if there's the slightest bit of truth on the reports what has happened then we are entitled to have our opinion about behaviour like that! And we are allowed to shout it out where or when we choose to.

This is not the Rolling Stone, Ronnie we used to know, is it?

The little bitch keeps acting like an idiot with all this jealousy over the man trying to be a good father and be cool with ex wife. I am divorced and the mother of my kids and I have a great friendship we try to be good parents... I've also had girlfriends who gave me shit over me going to visit my kids... and it all ended badly. If this girl does not accept the fact that he is a father , grandfather etc..she should give it up and go back to the waitress business... I mean I am pretty sure that these arguments are a product of this womans jealousy and demands and stuff.... Ronnie should fly away... before its too late. Bitch...

Gold digging bitch... what does she expect? that he erases his family from his life? What an idiot.... she should be shot. She destroyed a family, she should be a little more humble. Russian trash...and Ronnie...yeah he is an idiot.

Now this is the comment from someone that cares less about what people think of this situation. So don't tell me to f--k off. We are living in a free world and are entitled to speak freely but abuse verbaly or by being beaten up is nothing we have to put up with. So I will be here and speak my mind! Keith assaulted a fan on Stage in '81 with an axe, Mick assaulted taste and style with his short hair in '89/90. Charlie's skinny little mustache looked like it had pedophilic tendencies, Daryl Jones looks like he murdered several hamburgers. And now Ronnie's troubles...such a violent and dangerous bunch these Rolling Stones.

Will he be like this on the next Stones tour?

Judging by video of the incident, this appears to have been a simple misunderstanding between Ronnie and the married couple who witnessed his drunken behavior.

At this time, all of the info about the situation with Ronnie is vague. He was arrested, but what charges if any will be pressed? While the news is distressing as it relates to what's going on with Ronnie's life, factual details need to surface before we can make honest judgments above and beyond a "WTF is happening here?" mode. Sadly, his life really seems to be on the skids, and the booze is doing him no favors.

As this incident applies to the future of the Rolling Stones, the band I am sure will come together and talk it over. I don't see Ronnie getting the boot since he has known these guys for so long, but I am sure there is some serious concern with the band about Ronnie's behavior and his future.

So whatever comes of this, as a long time fan I must wish Ronnie well in these tough times. I hope he can get this cleared up and move on. Please know that I deplore any violence from men towards women. It is despicable and should NEVER be tolerated unless it is absolutely in self defense. Sadly, this is seldom the case. In my book, guys that beat on women are scum. I never thought of Ronnie in this light, so I can only hope the charges are exaggerated. It is important that the truth be told, and we fans can go from there.

Yes i care...I care that the most basic processes of Justice, that is, affording one the presumption of innocence until proven guilty, are being bypassed on this board by people like you calling for his sacking from the band. A bit premature I'd say.

I agree with on your last point. But at the same time this is not the first sign of domestic problems we've heard of. I've said it before and I say it again. It's not any good for the Stones that Ronnie's into this situation and if it continues like this he might be the one that puts any great plans for a new album and a new tour to a halt. Believe me I've been a great Ronnie fan from when he joined the band but I won't advocate any behaviour of this sort!

Half empty concerts isn't anything the Stones would like to do on their probably last farewell tour!

The issue is will the Stones have two reliable guitar players? How many reviews have been about Keith's inabilities to play and how Ronnie could barely be heard or is clowning around. As a long time fan and supporter I would like to see a band called The Rolling Stones play their asses off. If Ronnie is in this state of affair are we to believe KR will save the day? I don't want to see the writing on the wall quite yet. They do have another tour in them but they also are responsible to provide two hours of music that represents the greatest rock band in the world. I expect nothing less.

Perhaps Ronnie Wood can thank Tiger Woods for his situation going virtually unnoticed in the U.S. Tiger's car wreck has evolved into a train wreck and all American focus is on that story. It gets worse by the minute. In other words it's hard to say what impact if any Ronnie's ordeal will have in this part of the world.

Well I can understand that you can't see that many people who likes the Stones drops their respect for these old gents by having to read about Ronnie's behaviour in the papers. And now we're talking about a band which has built up a very big amount of respect during decades among people by sticking to what they do and do it that well as the've done. It's really naive to think that this situation won't affect them in one way or the other. So I believe, yeah, that it will affect ticket sales.

Scandals back in the acid past, could be used as good publicity but not when your in the mid 60's and beating up your girlfriend or whatever happened. Even if it by many is excused by alcoholism.

So let's just hope that Ronnie's waking up from his nightmare and get his life in to order. Because there are people who need him in good shape. And it's not you or me, it's his family, Jo, the kids and most of all himself!

As stated in an earlier post, Tiger does not need to be paying his mistresses millions of dollars to be quiet (racy text messages, sexual descriptions, etc..). The cat is already out of the bag!

Man, Ive had it with this guy Fan since 1864.

Look, if you feel so offended as a fan with Ronnie being onstage on the next tour, then dont go. Really, no one will miss you there and no one is going to beg you to assist,

It is the last Rolling Stone tour they probably will make, so everyone wants to go. I dont support at all what might have happened with Ronnie and his girlfriend or whatever she is, but it is like if I felt offended because any of the Rolling Stones take drugs and I dont support that.

This has nothing to do with the music that I listen of the band, and I agree, if Ronnie is in such bad shape then he should get his act together and they then will decide if touring for him is an option.

Back to my point, I really think you should consider doing a medical checkup, I understand you have your point of view and so, but now I am starting to understand the world has suffered wars, because of real stupid people like you.

And that is my point of view and if you feel so offended at what I just said, then dont take me into consideration, I just have the privilege ( and right, of course ) to think whatever I want about people I will never meet and will never care for.

I really can't be offended by a person who can't both sides of the coin so there's nothing to be offended about.

I guess we share the same thoughts of Ronnie as the guitarist he was when he joined the Stones and up to a certain point but that's all. You're entitled to your opinion both about Ronnie and me of course. I've right now got the chance to have mine on you. By the way my medical check was done yesterday and there we're no bad signs of dissolving health. It's great to know! Thank you!

Yes they will tour without him it was decided months ago before this incident. My post with that information mysteriously disappeared as soon as i wrote it a few weeks ago. Like i said a little bird told me.......

And by the way forget about Mick Taylor LOL..........

Please give us the info again.

Well if this is true and Ronnie knows it to be true it could certainly put a strain/stress on Ronnie and make him act out of character.
