I don't know if it's been mentioned here on IORR before, but after the 1970 Stockholm concert, the Stones (apparently frustrated by the near-riot at the concert) went to the jazz club Gyllene Cirkeln for a jam session. Among other things they played a 20 minute version of Love In Vain. The author Klas Östergren was there that night, and has given an animated account of that evening in his 1978 book Fantomerna.
Did anyone tape that jam session?

Bill Wyman used the jacket Richards is wearing at the RolledGold-photo for the other Lyceum concert.....don't remember/know which is the 1st and which is the 2nd, though

But i get your point, not really a good sounding bootleg whatever the version you own except for the vinyl that's it?

You're absolutely right and thanks for your words Sway, this double page shot from R&F has been used later for the Volume 12 of "L'age d'Or des Rolling Stones"called Flowers.
That make me think , that if you want to see more pics from 1970-1971, there are some in the inside sleeves or the booklets from the Age d'or Serie.

I have yet to hear a transfer of a mint "London Roundhouse" (TMOQ) vinyl. I don't have that one on LP myself.....it's so pricey. The transfers I have heard have lots of crackles....especially the "King Snake Records" CD.
But the VGP and DAC releases of this show are allright - allthough not quite as good as the vinyl.
There's no drastic differences between the different versions though...(apart from "Prodigal Son" missing on the first vinyl).it IS a mediocre recording to begin with. So you shouldn't spend too much time looking for an upgrade.

those London shows after Altamont are even more poorly referenced than the 1970 Euro Tour !!
