Seemingly they are involved in the project which is nice to hear. Might THAT has something to do with its release postponing? They might do it more properly and seriously than what they first thought?

- new album
- Keith not exactly denying that Jack White may produce it
- Mick and Keith getting involved in the 'Exile' deluxe edition, instead of leaving it to someone else.

Today is getting better.

From depression (false Charlie rumors) to exhilaration. A new album produced by Jack White sounds VERY promising.

This is our first conformation in quite some time that the Stones plan to keep Rolling.

What a day, my friends !! I haven't thought much about my favourite band these last 2 years, but today I have woken up !

BACK TO THE ROLLING STONES !!

I have been saying since 2002 that they need to have Jack White produce a new Stones record. Maybe somebody finally heard me! Anyway, I think if anybody could get a great album out of these guys, it's him. Nothing against Don Was, but if they're gonna do one more record let's get some young blood in there to freshen up the old blood!

Jack White producing a new Stones album? That would be really cool. Oh yeah!

I also agree that this quote from Keith is very promesing as it implies that
Mick and him have actually been face to face recently working on the Exile proyect.

O.k.,someone has to play Devil's Advocate: Sounds like they need Chuck Leavell instead of Mick Taylor.

er, yes - thats exactly the point. We DO have to wait.

If they record an album next year it wont be out until the summer.

Which would tie in quite nicely with the rumoured tour start of around Sept. 2010.

Jack White would bring out a classic dimension in The Stones. No frills and just good rockin'.

First bootlegs have already surfaced:
