The day Charlie quits will be a very sad one, but it has to come eventually. The decision is his alone and I'll respect his judgment - it's probably better than ours.

I feel the same. I think I care more about the band members individually than I do about the actual band. In a strange way, it feels as though they're like extended members of my family.

I agree with those saying if his heart isn't in it, he needs to retire. Charlie is a huge part of the band. I can't see them going on.
