i believe it. and i doubt there will be a big announcement, they will try to keep it almost secret.
Trust me, if they're touring next year and Mick is introducing the band and says "on drums - Charrrlie......Drayton", people will notice.
Anyone else read this besides open-g?Quote

Charlie Watts not quitting Rolling Stones, despite rumours
[music-mix.ew.com]
a breath of relief - it ain't true!
now they even got some news/media splash - on with the show.

So lets see.............next tour ;
Vocals: MJ closely shadowed by Blondie and Bernard
Guitars: Blondie and Pierre
Drums:Chalie Drayton
Bass: Daryll Jones
Keys: Chuck
Air guitars:Keith and Ronnie
is THAT the Stones ? I'm soooooooo depressed.
They should only tour if Charlie Stays,Keith's "senior" moments have subsided and Ron is clean. IMHO

Well this was fun....Not....Although if you really wanted to be a stickler about it. The Stones spokesman said Charlie hasn't left the band. She didn't say he was going to tour with them. When push comes to shove,we'll see what really happens.

his spokesman has told Uncut.co.uk this afternoon (September 2).
