Anomalies in CD issues

Over on "Hot Stuff", tkbeercan enquired about the availability of a stereo version of the 45 edit of "You Can't Always Get What You Want" on CD.
It soon transpired that it had been made available on the 1989 release of "The London Years" but seemingly only "partially", rootsman then pointed out some other anomalies on this release:
