Hi Sway! The frets?

Well it hasn't been refretted yet but that will have to be done in the next couple of years. They are worn almost down to the fretboard on almost all the frets up to the 16th or so. You know my style involves alot of string bending and on an acoustic guitar that eventually causes the frets to wear down fairly quickly.

As the frets wear I have lowered the action by filing the nut slots down a bit when necessary but it still plays like a dream and keeps in tune and well intonated. I have learned a whole lot about acoustic guitar maintenance and repair since committing to this guitar as my #1 axe.

Almost all the songs I have sent you have been recorded with this guitar except the Baby Jade 4 one which was done with my Ovation Legend guitar.

It's getting old ...I bought it in 89 or 90....
And the shoulders are much way to large for mine,which are not big ,but it's logical cause it was sold in a man's shop :-))

English Bulldogs are very expensive here in the USA, I imagine they are cheaper in Britian. Funny thing was, I didn't even know the photographer was including Uga until I looked at the camera later. Fun weekend, some of my best friends still from those college radio days.

I'm up to 27 friends, mostly people back in New York that I haven't seen or spoken to in decades. I find we have nothing to say to each other now. It's like,

"Wow! What a blast from the past! How the hell are you?
"Okay. How 'bout you?"
"I'm alright. I'm a lesbian buddhist."
"That's great. Well, I'm late for work now. We'll talk later."
"Later, dude."

So what's the point, really? Too much water under the bridge. I've pretty much abandoned my own facebook wall, and use facebook mostly just to comment on things my local classic rock radio station posts on their wall.
